About Flipkart Supply Chain Operations Academy:
Flipkart Academy have launched specialized training program on supply chain operations. This training program takes a complete 360-degree approach to help you actively learn through interactive videos, simulations, digital handouts, Q&A activities, and hands-on experience during your internship period in state-of-the-art facilities.
This program will give you an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, along with a detailed overview of supply chain operations management.This program will thoroughly help you develop the right skills required to boost your career and personality.
About the Program:
This Program will run exactly for 61 days in two phases: Digital Learning and Internship (16 days of digital learning and 45 days of internship).
The first 13 days are dedicated to professional skills development, which includes a detailed understanding of the functions of e-commerce and supply chain operations management. The remaining three days are allocated to safety and security/work ethics/POSH and personality development. There are total 6 steps in the Program which are mentioned below:
Step 1: Registration
You need to create an account on Flipkart Academy. We will discuss the registration option below;
Step 2: Pre-Assessment
The participants will be notified about their pre-assessment through SMS on their registered mobile number as well as the portal. They need to appear for the pre-assessment in one go and have to score at least more than 80%.
Step 3: Interview
After clearing the pre-assessment, the participants will have to go through a personal interview round conducted by the academy managers. The interview will be based on three basic parameters, including:
- Aptitude
- Learning agility
- Willingness to work
Step 4: Result Announcement
Once the participant clears the interview, they will be notified about their results on their registered mobile number through SMS. The results for pre-assessment and interview will also be announced on the portal.
Step 5: Digital Learning
Only the participants who have cleared the interview will be informed about their results and will receive login credentials through SMS and call. They will be notified about the dates and timings of the program.
Step 6: Internship
Participants who have cleared 16 days of digital learning with assessments, will be registered for the 45-day internship period. They will be further informed about their joining details such as location, date of joining, reporting time, and reporting manager through SMS, email, or call.
The participants are required to keep the following documents handy for the process:
- Valid bank a/c details
- PAN card
- Aadhaar card
- Address proofs/ID proofs
Total Duration: The total duration of the training program is 61 days, divided into two parts — consisting of 16 days of digital learning and 45 days of internship.
Prerequisties: All participants need to meet certain prerequisites before they begin the self-registration process on the portal for the program. Take a look at these prerequisites:
Educational Qualification: 10+2 passout minimum.
Modes of Program: The program will be both in Online and Offline Mode. The Digital Learning will be Online while the Internship will be Offline.
Stipend: Yes, Stipend will be available for Students .The stipend would be as per the state government minimum wages policy.
Certification: The certificate will be accredited by Supply Chain Operations Academy (Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd).
Other requirements: Smartphone with good internet connectivity & should meet the following specifications:
- 2 GB RAM
- 64 GB internal storage memory
- 1600*720 MP
- Battery 5000 mAh
- Android V7/8 and above or IOS 14 and above for OS
- 4G and above
- Internet speed 25 Mbps to 40 Mbps
- Data plan 1 GB per day
Locations for Internships: The locations of Internships are available in two zones: NORTH Zone & East Zone.
