Responsibilities:
- Curate local storefronts, ensuring our customers are presented with the newest, best and most revolutionary games available.
- Evaluate and discover amazing new games, discerning what makes them inspiring and engaging.
- Be aware of topical cultural moments, crafting engaging featuring promotions and campaigns based on these.
- Execute editorial ideas and campaigns to grow our business.
- Maintain the Apple tone of voice and branding across storefronts.
- Follow a strict style guide, and work with content management systems.
Requirements:
- Background in editorial in a technology or games-related field with at least 8 years of experience.
- Deep enthusiasm for the transformative powers of games and are always up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
- Passion for and understanding of Apple brand and products.
- Comfortable delivering against tight and sometimes shifting deadlines.
- Extraordinary social and relationship-building interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with international peers collaboratively across timezones.
- Outstanding organizational skills with experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are creative and resourceful and know how to think different.
- BA/B.Sc. degree in a related field is a plus.
