Responsibilities:
- Achieve high sales target for Teamsport – Cricket, Football, and Indoor.
- Grow Teamsport’s contribution to business.
- Explore Product Categories to maximize business across channels – including local sourcing.
- Maximize all business segments – Cricket, Football, Teamwear, Replicas, Indoor, etc.
- MBO, KA, SIS, EBO, FOC, Online, Clubs, Academies, Ranji, Schools Tie-up with On-ground coaching & mentoring academies.
- Take close look at the Marketing area for effective activations and pitch visibility.
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
Requirements:
- Adequate experience in Sales.
- Good market connections with distributors & Associations/Academies/Clubs.
- Keen knowledge of Teamsport Products.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
