About the Internship:
Hii everyone, Procter & Gamble (P&G) is hiring for Product Supply Intern. This opportunity is for students so if you satisfy the eligibility then go ahead and apply for it.
In this internship position, you will have the chance to work directly with clients to meet a variety of difficulties, make decisions, and quickly observe the results. You will find P&G’s world famous technology. Additionally, you will learn about P&G’s standards and practises. You will ultimately develop your own capabilities through training, mentoring, and coaching.
Eligibility: MBA Students/Graduate
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Responsibilities:
- Make the study and analysis of performance loss (equipment, organization, skills)
- Make studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization)
- Establish systematization tools, simplify the process and standardize work
- Identify one or more key projects to achieve the performance targets of the supply-line
- Establish methods to solve technical problems
- Ensure the communication between different departments (logistics, packaging, projects etc.)
- Systematize tools for maintenance and implement production management tools
- Work on the installation and start-up of new equipment
- Create programs for operators and team leaders to help them to develop their skills
- Develop the quality indicators and audits
- Participate in workshops within a multifunctional team
- Support the production (especially on equipment validation, process etc.)
- Investigate ” non-standard ” and establish an action plan
Qualification:
- Currently studying in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain or relevant majors
- Fluency in English
- Excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Ability to innovate and reapply successes
- Who are eligible to participate in the Internship Placement process at their campus
- Capacity to analyze situations and find solutions
