According to Education Minister : “This launch is also an important stepping stone for the fulfilment of MHRD and AICTE’s goal of one crore successful internships by the year 2025. The digital platform powering TULIP enables discovery, engagement, aggregation, amplification and transparency…Security features have been thoroughly tested and the platform has been made scalable, federated and transparent by design”.
How much Stipend can one earn ?
There is a monthly stipend of 12,000 that will depend upon the performance of the candidate.

Who can Apply?
The candidates that are proficient in English and Hindi communication skills and are second or third-year graduation or diploma students can apply before May 10.
Candidates pursuing B.Tech, BPlan, BArch, and BSc can apply for 18 months of internship from the date of completion of their graduation. By 2025, the ministry is aiming to offer an internship to 1 crore candidates.
