Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Travel arrangements speakers and other guests (air travel & local travel)
- Coordinate with IT/AV
- Coordinate with Security
- Coordinate with F&B Vendor
- Coordinate with HK team (banners, standees, arrangements in venues, etc.)
- Coordinate with students
- Coordinate with vendors of the Corporates (for banners and any other specific arrangements)
- Assist in the processing of Departmental Bills & PRs, Travel Arrangements
- Liaison with finance & commercial teams
- Travel arrangements (speakers & alums for SEAL activities & flagship events)
