How to download Health Id Card?
Here are the steps to download Health Id Card:
Step 1: There are two steps to create Health ID Card via adhaar card or via phone number.
Step 2: Choose One Method.
Step 3: After selecting option you need to verify details via OTP.
Step 4: Fill all the required details like:
First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, PHR Address, Address and other required details.
Step 5: Submit details.
Step 6: Download your Health ID Card.
