- Expertise and familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and related applications.
- Understanding of structured programming principles and XML.
- The ability to use ServiceNow Glide classes.
- A thorough understanding of JavaScript, GlideAjax.
- Understanding of business rules, client scripts, email notifications, events, SLA settings, UI policies, etc.
- Understanding of and practical familiarity with the key ITSM process areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
- Understanding of how to create and use transform maps, import sets, and load data.
- Understanding of applications within their scope.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and React for developing clients or web portals.
- Knowledge and expertise in system upgrades and cloning.
- Understanding of assignment logic and norms.
- Knowledge of embedded operations and standard workflow configuration.
- Knowledge of the framework for automated tests (ATF).
