Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Achieving the branch’s assigned debt management service goals
- Ensure achieving PI Targets
- Reaching the goal for the price of debt management services
- Consistently achieving PI Targets under the monthly cost cap
- Ensuring that the overall structure of the Debt Management Services complies with legal requirements in language and spirit
- Make that the organizations providing debt management services and their leaders follow the rules set forth by the relevant laws.
- Ensure that the Code of Conduct is followed
- Determine if any losses have been caused by fraudulent activities by keeping an eye on debt management service providers and executives.

- Ability to lead from the front with a strong preference for action and driving results in a high-performance environment
