Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Participate in the architecture and design of new or updated software/storage environments.
- From architectural designs and documents, create written software/storage specifications for advanced products.
- As required, develop and review design, functional, technical, and/or user documentation.
- Use scripting to implement client- and server-side automations in the ServiceNow platform, such as workflows, data policies, ACLs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies and actions.
- Using scripting, connect the ServiceNow platform with external systems. Examples of such integrations include the Scripted REST API, Scheduled Jobs, ECC Queue, and Event Queue.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may develop for our clients.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of Service Now Experience.
- Ideally, you should have knowledge with JavaScript (Glide), AngularJS, Jelly, HTML/CSS, and XML/JSON.
- Prove that you have a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform’s fundamental architecture and key application modules, such as Incident, Service Catalog, Change, CMDB, Knowledge Base, Self-Service, Update Sets, etc.
- Ability to Design and Implement Custom User Interfaces for Scripting, including but not limited to UI Scripts, UI Macro, UI Page, and GlideAjax, to Provide General Availability for Internal Tools.
