- Make the brand strategy stay in good standing with its consumer base by constantly responding to negative comments & being social in good and worse scenarios.
- Ensure that the positive brand images of the company and its products are amplified.
- Increase the trust of the audience by providing honest reviews and recommendations
Requirements & Qualification:
