Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of analytical experience working in a customer service or telephone environment. Independent work skills in a high-volume, structured, fast-paced workplace.
- Proven ability to negotiate and solve issues with both internal and external clients
- A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to handle various activities in a short amount of time while preserving accuracy
- Must be highly organised and capable of planning
- demonstrated exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to interact and collaborate with all levels of management.
- Must be willing to work any shift during business hours. From Monday through Friday, 18:30 to 4:00 a.m., and in a 24-hour setting
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing applications from new commercial clients and cardholders for the US market, and providing customer service via emails, inbound calls, or outbound calls.
- ensuring that, when setting up and maintaining accounts, stated compliance standards are adhered to
- Making the necessary checks against incoming Corporate Applications and coordinating with Clients and various internal organisations to gather any missing information ensuring that AXP complies with all legal, fraud prevention, risk management, and due diligence obligations.
- Assisting internal business partners with any incorrect or incomplete installations that are received
