About the Quiz:
This quiz is being organized to generate awareness and sensitise the public about Y Break App. Y break App is a digital platform developed by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India to promote Yoga practice in Working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana.
Furthermore, it aims to inform people about the various benefits they will derive from using this App. On successful completion, each participant will be awarded an e-certificate marking their participation and completion.
Terms and Conditions:
- By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
- Persons of all nationalities are eligible to participate in the quiz.
- Participants will be required to answer 5 questions within 60 seconds.
- The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Start Quiz’ button.
