- Administer and turn in all hiring documents for job candidates
- Offer new ideas for increasing talent acquisition efforts. Post, modify, and remove job ads from career pages, job boards, and social media
- Prepare any required HR-related reports.
- Address employee queries about benefits
Requirements:
- Possessing an MBA in human resources or another relevant field
- Possessing good interpersonal and communication and the ability to multitask and manage everyday tasks
- Proactive problem solver and a thinker with fresh ideas
- Dedicated to meeting deadlines; effective and organised
- Extremely great attention to detail
- General computer skills
