Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage customer orders from beginning to end, from receiving customer purchase orders in logistics to the customer receiving invoices.
- Obtaining and verifying customer purchase orders, entering and scheduling sales orders, and verifying the customer purchase orders.
- Receive authorised buy requests and supplier information; construct and submit a purchase order to the supplier; receive, verify, and enter the supplier’s confirmation; receive, verify, and enter the supplier’s shipment notification; and receive supplier delivery (GR)
- Control transportation, shipping, export quotas, and customs
- receive and confirm the customer invoice when the trigger is reached, validate the invoice preconditions, and then produce, print, and send the customer invoice. make a financial statement

Requirements:

- general product knowledge understanding of the entire supply chain (for the delivery process)
- understanding the procedures for Customer Order Management
- Knowledge of and skills for using automation systems for import and export (foreign trade)
- Knowledge of the Order to Invoice domain is good
- excellent mastery of the English language
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills Careful and exact working methods
- Good ability to create relationships with customers Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Management of customer relationships, order processing, supply chain, and logistics
- basic practical experience with and comprehension of the “Enterprise Resource Planning system”
- capable of managing orders, purchases, and inventories
