Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage customer orders from beginning to end, from receiving customer purchase orders in logistics to the customer receiving invoices.
- Obtaining and verifying customer purchase orders, entering and scheduling sales orders, and verifying the customer purchase orders.
- Receive authorised buy requests and supplier information; construct and submit a purchase order to the supplier; receive, verify, and enter the supplier’s confirmation; receive, verify, and enter the supplier’s shipment notification; and receive supplier delivery (GR).
- Control transportation, shipping, export quotas, and customs.
- Receive and confirm the customer invoice when the trigger is reached, validate the invoice preconditions, and then produce, print, and send the customer invoice.
- Make a financial statement.
- Run your automation programmes.
- Producing and delivering reports.
Requirements:
- Always prioritises customers.
- Works cross-culturally.
- General product knowledge understanding of the entire supply chain (for the delivery process).
- Understanding the procedures for Customer Order Management.
- Knowledge of and skills for using automation systems for import and export (foreign trade).
- Knowledge of the Order to Invoice domain is good.
- Excellent mastery of the English language.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills Careful and exact working methods.
- Good ability to create relationships with customers Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Management of customer relationships, order processing, supply chain, and logistics.
- Basic practical experience with and comprehension of the “Enterprise Resource Planning system”.
- Capable of managing orders, purchases, and inventories.
