About the Jobs:
An excellent business management acumen along with an in-depth understanding of the organized retail market of country. The RSM will be a commissioned sales person responsible for all levels of account management with our retail partner including growing Intel units and revenue, managing, jointly executing marketing/merchandising/training strategies. This is an incredibly exciting and dynamic role, with exposure to Sales, Strategy, Technology and Customers.

Responsibilities & Roles:
- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of salespeople to drive leadership business outcomes with the most important retail partners in India.
- Develop and manage influential CXO level relationships with our most important consumer segment partners in the country.
- Possess a deep understanding of the retail product assortment and sales strategy for Personal Computers in retail and instruct,coach team members on how to navigate through the challenges.
- Identify barriers to accelerate PC sales growth and work with stakeholders to define and solve for an increase in consumption revenue.
- Devise/Create sales strategies to win business for Intel in the consumer space by partnering with key retail partners with a 4P approach in India over the years.
- Engage proactively and effectively with internal business teams/and regional and other stakeholders to communicate local market trends, threats, and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute a well-defined strategy.
- Work with OEM teams to build a solid relationship with Country OEMs in order to gain visibility on and influence their retail product assortment strategies and offers to the key country retail accounts.
- Identify retail assortment portfolio gaps and then build a strategy to prioritize Intel volume over competition.
- Manage multi million dollar country budget to meet country consumer sales priorities.
- Role model and cultivate the highest levels of integrity/ethics/respect/and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Masters in Business Administration).
- A successful candidate will demonstrate.
- leadership skills with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales results.
- Effective in development and execution of strategies for growing the business and motivating and inspiring cross-function teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer-centric solutions to our partners.
- Proven Business and Financial acumen by understanding the market segment and its dependencies.
- Understands Intels and Customers business models and organization dynamics.
- Ability to understand and use data to identify opportunities.
- Customer first approach/ mindset & strong analytical approach to solve problems.
