Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing activities to open positions.
- Enact in recruitment & selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Review employment applications.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities.
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Address employee queries about benefits.
Qualification:
- MBA degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Deadline-driven, Efficient and organizational ability
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
- General computer proficiency
