Responsibilities:
- Undergo a specific in-depth program that covers additional hands-on experience for the foundation for a potential finance position.
- Preparation of financial presentation and management reporting/packs for BU leadership team.
- Review cost center reports and provide commentary for significant deviations.
- Support around the preparation of budgets, forecasts and mid-year reviews.
- Review and approve B/S schedules and Bank Reconciliation.
- Review financials before performing financial load.
Qualification:
- Experience in detailed financial analysis, comparing actual to business expectations and reporting material variances.
- Drive month-end close cycle for each country.
- Able to attend 6 months Comprehensive Training Program (includes E-learning, Classroom & On-Job).
- Post training, placement will be as per skill sets and organizational requirements.
