  • Consult and work together to resolve service issues with your local peers or global colleagues.
  • Internally represent customers’ interests.
  • Give users the tools they need to access information, resolve issues on their own when they choose to, and learn more about Microsoft’s services, products, and support.
  • Give clients tips on how to get more use out of their Microsoft products.
  • Keep track of your technical work and research to assist your friends, enhance the product, and enhance the support environment.
  • Keep a proactive mindset to assure client satisfaction.
  • To create a strong relationship, identify issues with client satisfaction and fulfil their expectations.

Requirements:

  • VMware, exposure to Citrix Printing – Configuration, and management, remote desktop services configuration and management.
  • Understanding of WMI, PowerShell, and Dcom.
  • Administration of user profiles.
  • Installation and administration of applications.
  • Understanding of FSLogix with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).
