Responsibilities:

  • Learn the associated product or architecture inside and out.
  • Deliver on your own targeted engagements to drive overall product usage and stock price, share industry-leading techniques, and increase product awareness.
  • Bring tactical knowledge and strategic vision to make sure every customer engagement is effective.
  • Recognize the demands of the customer and coordinate architectural and vertical knowledge with cross-functional teams to promote acceptance on decisions that will increase the value to the customer.
  • Join the CSS community worldwide and work with others to share best practises for customer success.
  • Combine in-depth technical expertise with a thorough understanding of business imperatives to deliver consulting solutions essential for assisting clients in achieving value more quickly.

Requirements:

  • In a technical subject, such as networking, computer science, information technology, electrical/computer engineering, or a related sector, recent graduates or students in their final year of studies for a bachelor’s or master’s degree are qualified.
  • A minimum GPA of 8.5 is required.
  • This condition only applies to 2023 passouts.
  • A knowledge of English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot technological issues and a passion for networking, information technology, or computer science.
  • The capacity to work individually, self-start, and multitask in a fast-paced team context.
