Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Business Manager & Project Fellow at CIPET, Bhubaneswar.

Name of the Post: Business Manager

  • Remuneration: Rs.40,000/- per month.
  • Age limit upto 40 years.
  • Educational & other qualifications:
    • Full time MBA in Marketing/Finance from a recognized University.
    • Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in handling project related or similar work in the field of Finance and Marketing.
  • Essential Skill Sets:
    • Experience in Project Management and Planning.
    • Should have excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
    • Should possess excellent skills in Marketing, Leadership, Problem Solving, Revenue Generation and Creativity.
  • Duration: The appointment for the above contractual position will be initially for a period of 1 year, which can be further extended subject to satisfactory performance and requirement in the project.

Name of the Post Project Fellow:

  • Remuneration: Rs.30,000/- per month.
  • Age limit upto 35 years.
  • Educational &other qualifications:
    • B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Plastics Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/IT with 3 years of postqualification relevant experience.
    • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ IT/Computer Science/Plastic Technology/Plastics Mould Technology with 6 years post qualification experience in the relevant fields.
  • Essential Skill Sets:
    • Candidate having knowledge of Additive Manufacturing using various techniques (FDM, PBD, Binder Jet, SLA, SLS etc.).
    • Familiarity with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software such as Solid works and STL files, 3D printer handling, CNC machine.
    • Competency in Hands-on experience in handling sophisticated equipment’s/machineries in Polymer Testing, Processing and Product Designing.
    • Experience in Machine Maintenance and Quality Management.
    • Experience in IT Infrastructure Development and Maintenance related to Computer Hardware & Networking.
    • Should have good oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience in Execution of Production/Job Orders.
    • Knowledge of Plastics Processing/Testing.
  • Duration: The appointment for the above contractual position will be initially for a period of 1 year, which can be further extended subject to satisfactory performance and requirement in the project.
