About the Program:
The objective of this programme is to provide an opportunity to SC, ST, EWS and women candidates to acquire technical skills in emerging technologies that make them industry ready. CDAC offers Work based Learning (Level-01) with respect to its initiatives or activities in domains:
- Accessibility or Usability or Human-Computer Interaction
- Data Science
- Block chain Technology
- Android Application Development
- Cyber Security
- IT Infrastructure Systems & Security
- Machine Translation
- Speech
- Software Design and Architectural Aspects.
The selected candidates will be mentored by the Scientists and Experts at CDAC.
No. of Openings: 16 (SC-4, ST-4, Women-4 and EWS-4) The number of openings may vary, depending on the requirement of the centre.
Qualification: Students (SC, ST, Women and EWS) who have passed B.E or B.Tech or Equivalent (Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication) or M.Sc.(Information Technology, Computer Science) or M.C.A. examination in the last year or in current year or are pursuing seventh or eighth Semester currently are eligible to apply.
Perks: The incumbents would gain rich work experience on live State Level, National Level and International Level Initiatives.
Who Can Apply?
Only those candidates can apply who:
- Are from B.Tech/B.E./Equivalent, M.Sc., M.C.A.
- And specialisation from Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, M.C.A.
- Are available for duration of 6 months.
- Have relevant skills and interests.
Terms of Engagement:
- Only ST, SC, EWS and Women candidates are eligible.
- Candidates of Seventh and Eighth semester must submit their N.O.C issued by their respective institute before interview date.
- The remaining terms of engagement will be as per norms.
