About the Course:
This is the 91st outreach program conducted by the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), a unit under ISRO. IIRS launched “Fundamentals of GIS and Remote Sensing Applications ” free online course for students and professionals. The best part of this course is that it is available in the Hindi Language, hence more students will be benefitted.

Duration of the Course: 2weeks (14 days): The duration of this course would be from 14/09/2021 to 28/09/2021. It’s a 14-days free certification course. The course includes study materials like lecture slides, video recordings of lectures, open source softwares and demonstrations.
Eligibility:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students of any stream are eligible to apply.
- Students who are interested in sciences
- The minimum qualification should be graduation
Certification of completion:
- Yes, there would be a free verified certificate by ISRO to all the candidates, if they have 70 percent attendance and 40 percent passing marks in the exam conducted at the end of the session.
- The certificate will be issued within 2 to 3 weeks of the online examination. The certificate will be available through the coordinator of the networked Institution (if applicable).
- The certificate will also be available under the E-CLASS login of each participant.
