Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Intern at Paytm Insider, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you’ll take on:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event listings, marketing initiatives, and payment processes.
- Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for Small/Medium scale organizers, ensuring their accounts and documentation are managed efficiently for a hassle-free experience.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to queries promptly and resolve any issues that arise. Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive experience for all involved.
- Needs Assessment: Identify the unique needs of organizers and venues, collect valuable feedback, and relay it to the relevant teams. Your insights will help us deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
