Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing differences from the budget, predictions, prior year actuals, important business drivers, and objectives for the specific region will help the financial close process.
  • Identify and carry out the formulation of the yearly plan, budget, and projection for the scheduled cycle by collaborating and working with the appropriate regional or national finance business partner. Ensure that proper data is uploaded into the Hyperion budgeting and forecasting tool.
  • Manage, create, and update standardised financial reporting packages, including business measurements and KPIs, that will assist the firm run and be supported.
  • Ad-hoc requests for information and analysis should be addressed quickly.
  • Build and maintain financial tools for analysis and modelling; assess financial systems and make recommendations for improvement of financial processes.
  • Examine and develop potential for automation and more effective production and delivery techniques while preparing for internal customers’, members’, and other stakeholders’ needs.
  • Encourage unusual initiatives as they emerge.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in education: CA/MBA.
  • Good knowledge of business intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications, as well as experience in financial jobs with knowledge and experience of financial planning and management (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI).
  • A solid grasp of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting procedures.
  • Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced atmosphere with a feeling of urgency and accuracy Self-motivated with a track record of success when working in a team environment.
  • The capacity to manage numerous tasks of various natures in a limited amount of time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong networking abilities.
  • Business etiquette and respect for authority.
