Infosys Springboard Pragati: Path to Future. It is an exclusive career development program for women which will be anchored once in 3 months, starting April 2024.
The program will cover the following four key areas:

Through this program they aim to address essential competencies like Digital Dexterity, Gen AI Fluency, Professional Skill Enhancement, Leadership Acumen, Domain Awareness, and Industry Engagement.
For this program they are inviting women who are 18 years and above for this program – whether a student, young professional, job seeker, or considering re-entering the workforce.
The program will follow a hybrid model, with 2 out of the 12 weeks taking place at various Infosys campuses and offices. The rest of the 2.5 months will have learners attending the session in a virtual format
How to Apply ?
- To be eligible, you must be a registered learner on Infosys Springboard with at least one course completion.
- Once selected, we will share the complete program schedule for both in-person and virtual sessions. The schedule for in-person sessions will be shared based on the city you select in your form.
