National Anveshika Experimental Skill Test |IIT Kanpur Free Certificate | Cash Prize | Online Competition For School/College Students – Registrations Open Now

Hello Students/Learners, this post is to inform the best opportunity to their future/career growth, about the National Level Skill-Based Test for students of Class 9/10/11/12 and College Students (including B.Sc/M.Sc). IIT Kanpur and the National Anveshika Network of India (NANI) Has Collaborated to launch a National Anveshika Experimental Skill Test. Golden Opportunity for school-going students/college students/university students to participate in the Competition on Physics.

ABOUT THE TEST:

Experiments are integral part of science. History shows how careful observations and suitably designed experiments have changed the course of human development in all aspects. To promote these skills among students, National Anveshika Network of India (NANI), a unit of Indian Association of physics Teachers, conducts a competition NAEST (National Anveshika Experimental Skill Test) based on Physics Experiments each year since 2014. This is probably the only test of its kind in India.

Course Description:

NANI conducts National Anveshika Experimental Skill Test (NAEST) every year through the Anveshikas to encourage the culture of doing experiments since 2014. NAEST is a unique examination and perhaps first of its kind in India. NAEST is organized for two groups,

  • Junior (18 years and below, as on 31 July 2021)
  • Senior (Above 18 years, as on 31 July 2021)

Screening:

In the screening round, 8 to 10 short videos of some innovative experiments will be shown to students. Questions, based on the experiments shown in those videos, will be asked to test their observation skill and basic understanding of the subject.
Note: The test window will remain open for 24 hours. Students can appear as per their convenience in a pre-opted 1-hour slot.

Mode: Online on mooKIT platform.

Prelims:

A unique round to perform experiments at home, with the material easily available. Selected students from the screening will be allowed in prelims. Prelims focuses on performing experiments, analysis of the data, and inference by the participants. Prelims toppers will compete in the next round. Details will be shared with the selected students.

Mode: At Home.

Final:

Selected students from Prelims will enter the Finals. Here they will perform rigorous experiments. Details will be shared with the selected students.

Mode: At home, with NANI ka Dabba provided.
