With over 15 years of experience in developing leadership in volunteerism, Bhumi have launched an intensive two-year teaching fellowship program. Requirements :
Our Fellows must be critical thinkers with an aptitude to solve problems while demonstrating grit and resilience. They must also be able to build relationships and strengthen partnerships through purpose-driven conversations.
The Bhumi Fellowship is also committed to building changemakers for educational equity. We also look for leadership demonstrated in other spaces which will be honed further during and after this two-year period.
Eligibility :
You must have graduated with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree by June/July 2022
Selection Process :
Stage 1
Your application will help us understand your experiences, your aspirations, and motivations to join the Bhumi Fellowship.
Stage 2
A 30-minute telephonic conversation to understand a little more in depth about you that may not have been captured on the application form.
Stage 3
Final stage of the selection process comprises lesson execution, group discussion, and problem-solving. Upon clearing these, you will be invited to a 90-minute-long personal interview.
Deadline
The application deadline is December 18th, 2021 (Sunday) and the outcome will be communicated via email for each round within 7-10 days.
