About the Role
Teleperformance is looking for Digital Relationship Executives to join its operations team across multiple Indian cities. In this role, you will interact with premium customers, assist with their banking needs, and help strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Reach out to clients and manage their portfolio requirements
✔ Provide excellent customer service with upselling and cross-selling of banking products like personal loans, home loans, credit cards, insurance, auto loans, etc.
✔ Serve as the single point of contact for customer banking queries
🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required
✔ Graduate or undergraduate in any stream (Freshers can apply)
✔ Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
✔ Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability
✔ Basic computer knowledge is a must
